About Us
Ben Vangarde started Skilled Craftsman Painters LLC after serving in the United States Army and Army National Guard for a combined 14 years.
After enlisting in December of 2008, Ben deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) as an Active Duty Soldier.
Having completed several Special Operations assessments and trainings, he more recently deployed to Northern Africa to serve in the fight against ISIS and Boko Haram as a direct support team member with 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne).
Ben continues to serve the Saint Johns community both as a member of the FL Army National Guard, and as the Managing Owner of Skilled Craftsman Painters LLC.

We stand behind our work, which is why we include either a Two or Five Year Warranty, depending on which paint tier you choose to go with. This warranty covers materials AND labor.
We strive to ensure that the job is done right the first time, but if you find any problems with the work, such as failing paint, cracks, or peeling, simply reach out to our team and we will resolve it at no cost.
